DMI-1092

A case sentivity issue in the \DbLogin\envs.xml file means it's invalidated.
The environment needs to be in camel case rather than in uppercase.

Assumption:

-	On the V1 server, EDM is installed in the C:\V1\ directory (change as appropriate)

1.	On the server, stop the DbLogin: Authentication Service
2.	In file explorer, navigate to C:\V1\DbLogin
2.	Using a suitable text editor, edit the envs.xml file
4.	Change the case of the word LIVE to Live on line 3 and line 13
5.	Save the file
6.	Restart the DbLogin Service

You will now be able to add applications to users available in the applications list.
