To streamline the product set ensuring V1 maintain market leading capability with the latest versions of Sage X3 and the latest technologies, R9, R10 and R10.1 have now been retired and are in maintenance as has fresh installation against Sage X3 Version 7.
Q: What does that mean if I am on one of those versions?
A: You will still be fully supported for any bug fixes or questions you may have, however no enhancements can be made against these versions. You must update to R12 or R12.1 to take advantage of the considerable improvements they contain.
Support for Sage X3 V6.5 will continue indefinately, but the minimum supported patch level is now Patch 30.
R11.1 will continue to be supported for both enhancements and bug fixes, but you are encouraged wherever possible to update to R12 or R12.1.
