How to Use SmartDeposit

Your user has been assigned a license to use SmartDeposit.

Login to the V1SmartSuite

The V1SmartSuite is the generic term for the suite of products from V1. Using the URL provided to you, your web browser of choice, navigate to the login page and login using the credentials provided to you. You're advised to bookmark it.

Login to SmartDeposit

SmartDeposit is the web application used to archive adhoc images into an associated table. These images are either viewed as external users via SmartRetrieve, or via a link in the FMS.
Once logged in, click the SmartDeposit icon to enter the application.

Deposit a Document

Select your file from your PC / Mobile Device using the button.
Your image will load on the panel on the right hand side.
Select your document type to deposit into from the dropdown.
Fields for that table will display on the panel below, depending on the integration, you may have search options to find data and populate the fields.

Were available, click Lookup / Validate to populate cells from a lookup.

When satisfied all fields are populated, click Deposit document.
