Pre-Requisites

Assumptions

  • The Server Components have been upgraded
  • The EDMR14 distribution files are accessbile to the client PC that already has a prior version installed

    • NOTE: Do not upgrade the clients until the Server Components have been upgraded, or you will lose functionality.

    Information

    The Clients installed on PC's for day to day usage of the solution are MSi's and can be installed 'over the top' of their current location which will upgrade them to R14.

    Following the Install the Client Components chapter, choose your method of installation and run them as described.

    NOTE: There is no requirement to run the ConfigHttpsSetup.MSi as this will already have been installed.
