Please click the links below to download the EDM for Sage X3 (R13) setup program, distribution and patches.
To apply EDM for Sage X3 (R13), Patch 1, Patch 2 and Patch 3 'in one go', simply download the R13 distibution and un-compress it.
Then download Patch 1, Patch 2 and Patch 3, un-compress over the top of R13 to merge them, then run the setup. Patch 1, Patch 2 and Patch 3 will be applied automatically as part of the standard installation.
Patch 3 now comes with a new faciity to automatically merge all content ready for an install, check it out on the dedicated page in the Downloads > Patch 3 page.
If you have to merge manualy, or still need some pointers, watch this handy video to clarify the procedure on merging so you're always installing the latest version.
Because of the large number of files, you are advised to use an un-zip facility such as 7-Zip or IZArc.
- Do you have your licences from V1 to hand?
- Have you fully satisfied the Platform Requirements and they're signed off?
- Do you have access to the server and clients you're going to be installing on?
- Have you attended the relevant training courses?
If the answer is yes to all these questions, you're good to go. Follow the instructions to the letter, give yourself plenty of time and you shouldn't get any problems.
The distribution is protected by a username and password to prevent erroneous downloads.
