  • What does this fix?
    • An update to the SmartMail preventing certain email formats from looping the download of PDF's and thus not properly create the related tag file.
  • How do I apply it?
    • Download the zip file from the above link, un-compress to a temporary location, run the MSi over the top of your existing Patch 3 installation and agree to defaults.

  • What does this fix?
    • An issue was identified in PIA where Invoices created from Orders / Receipts with more than 32 lines caused them to fail.

      • The EDM for Sage X3 setup program allows the acitvation of FTS for DbArchive.

    • A variety of fixes to EDD including:
      • A further update to DbPDF.exe to improve resilience on splitting both PDF's and PDF/A's

      • The introduction of an alert mechanism to inform a pre-defined DbLogin users via email any issues around distribution

  • What does this fix?
    • The 'Image Link Check' facility hooks into all supported EDM objects dimming / glowing a link depending on whether an image is available to view. Some masks in Patch 1 are not properly defined which this hotfix corrects.

  • What does this fix?
    • Correcting issues around multi-document distibution, archiving for the PRINT destination, adds logging enhancements and the email attachment name is now the same as the transaction number.

    • In some circumstances, you may get issues adding new applications against a user in the DbLogin Admin Console stating 'All Applications have been added' when in fact they haven't.
