Request an Enhancement
Requests for enhancements / changes / improvements are actively encouraged, the more that are received, the better SmartConnect becomes for all users.
A request falls into two main categories:
- Enhancement
Taking something present in SmartConnect that could be improved to better address your day to day requirements.
For example: "I use SmartConnect to return DbLogin user data and want to return extra information"
- New Feature
Adding to SmartConnect new capability
For example: "I want a new switch!"
Customer Support Portal
If registered with the Customer Support Portal, requests for enhancements, new ideas or just suggestions to improve your user experience can be made
here.These are monitored and reviewed regularly, feeding back directly to the V1 Product Management Team.
Requests made via the Customer Support Portal are given priority.
Direct Request for Enhancement
If not registered with the Customer Support Portal, requests for enhancements, new ideas or just suggestions to improve your user experience can be made by filling in the below form and emailing it to the team as an attachment.
